The Capsule is encrypted on the sender’s device before Axon tries to move it.
A physical Samsung-to-peer route has delivered an encrypted Capsule over nearby transport.
Longer routes may use a person carrying the sealed Capsule or an online relay when connectivity returns. Those paths stay labelled as gated until proven.
Delivered means Axon has a valid receipt. Before that, the state stays waiting, carried, or relayed.
Bluetooth and nearby Wi-Fi cover local distance. A global route still needs the internet, satellite service, or physical movement between devices.
